SHIPPING POLICY

Seeds Collection ships all the products from Barcelona, Spain. 

Goods purchased at Seeds online store are sent by DHL Express worldwide and Correos Express Spain.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right

  • You can return any product during the 14 days after you've bought the product and Seeds Collection will make a full price refund to you.

  • The product must be unused, and must contain all the labels and the original packaging. 

  • In order to proceed to return a product, please contact the following e-mail address "seeds.bcn@gmail.com" with the subject: DEVOLUTION. Tag the order number + name of the person who placed the order and we will provide you the address where to send the products. 

  • Once verified that the product status is in perfect condition please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.

  • The shipping costs of returning an item to us must be assumed by the costumer. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

  • In case that you need to change the size or the product the shipping costs are also assumed by the costumer. 

Seeds reserves the right to reject returns when: 

  • The email is sent after the indicated period has eapsed. 

  • The product it's on sale. 

  • The return is done after the fixed period has eapsed.

  • The product does not contain the original packaging. 

  • The product has been used. 

  • The product gets lost and the shipping was not certificate.
