RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can return any product during the 14 days after you've bought the product and the full price will be reimbursed to you.  

  • The product must be unused, and must contain all the labels and the original packaging. 

  • In order to proceed to return a product, please contact the following e-mail address "seeds.bcn@gmail.com" with the subject: DEVOLUTION. Tag the order number + the bank account where you want us to reimburse the money + name of the person who placed the order. 

  • Once verified that the product status is in perfect condition we will proceed to send you the money back. This may take between 6/8 busines days. 

  • The shipping costs of returning an item to us must be assumed by the costumer. You must use certificate shipping to be able to keep a track of the product. You can use any shipping company. 

  • In case that you need to change the size or the product the shipping costs are also assumed by the costumer. 

 

​IMPORTANT: For hygiene reasons you can't return any  product from the SeaSeeds section. 

Seeds reserves the right to reject returns when: 

  • The email is sent after the indicated period has eapsed. 

  • The return is done after the fixed period has eapsed-  

  • The product does not contain the original packaging. 

  • The product has been used. 

  • The product gets lost and the shipping was not certificate.

  • It is a Sea Seeds product
